As Bravo squadron commander Major Tucker’s goal is to maintain an orderly, tidy, and well documented inventory. Additionally, he wants to make sure cadets are correctly and promptly issued any gear they need as he believes without the right equipment and uniform they can neither preform or represent the corps to the best of their ability
CLC was a unique experience for Major Tucker. As he puts it, he was lucky enough to have experienced it twice be for his junior year, once as a basic and once as a cadre. Both experiences taught him different leadership skills which he’s glad he gets to bring back to the corps and instill in younger cadets. The single most important skill he learned in his time at CLC was how to take on responsibility and preform in stressful environments.
Major Tucker believes raiders was a hugely constructive experience for him in his time in the corps. Raiders helped him to grow his self confidence, build a stronger mind and body, and taught him how to be apart of a team. For him, being in Raiders is like being apart of a family, and there’s no cadet he believes wouldn’t benefit from joining.
