As the Charlie Squadron Commander, Ethan in charge of all of teams such as Raiders, Marksmanship, JLAB, and Colorguard, etc. His goal for this year is to help and build the team commanders and other officers to become more effective and efficient as leaders in JROTC. Ethan also aims to grow and improve himself as a leader because of the higher responsibility and leadership he will have to uphold this year. He would like to make this year as successful as it can be for the corp and all cadets.
Ethan went to the Citadel CLC as a cadre which is a leadership position. He was in charge of Hotel flight which consisted of 16 people. Although it was stressful making sure his cadets were good and healthy, Ethan built a bond and "family "-like relationship with them. It helped him with time management, organization, leadership, team-building skills, discipline, and so much more. He felt the Citadel CLC is a great place for upcoming officers in the corp because it benefits cadets so much in many aspects.
In Raiders the goal is to take place in Nationals and be one of the best. Ethan started Raiders his freshman year. It was a tough, fun, grueling experience. Ethan started to get close with more people in the corp through Raiders and improved himself physically and mentally. Although it is a challenging thing to do, pushing through it and not giving up is so rewarding in the long run because of how much you grow throughout the first 4 months of school. Raiders has gotten Ethan through many ups and downs throughout his school years. When he goes to Raiders, Ethan knows that he is with his family, friends, and team that he is proud to be with since the start.
